I was born to James and Catherine Freeman Tragically, not long after the birth, Catherine died of  cardiac arrest so just me and dad live in vault 101

James II was born before Amata by just a few months, and so, he turned ten years old first. Let's visit that little day in history...

when I went into the canteen I discovered that the community had put on a birthday celebration
"Happy birthday" were shouted by everyone

And before long I had the honour of speaking to  wonderful the fantastic Overseer
"Congratulations young man! I don't have to tell you how special this day is, do I?" I looked delighted "Down here in Vault 101, when you turn ten, well, you're ready to take on your first official responsibilities. So here you are!"

Disclaimer:
I have played the full mainline storyline of the game including the expansion packs (not including broken steel) but hopefully I understand what went on my reading Other people's stories on here

I am slowly completing the side quests. so my information might be not up to speed on certain facts but I am reading the fallout Wikipedia so hopefully it should Read right.
I have read dozens of fallout3 stories and thought I would give it a go.
So by now you should realise I did not make the game so this is not for profit and the rest of the shit that you would see in any other disclaimer.



Prologue


biography of Lord James II in these pages you are going to read my life story or at least the interesting parts the information provided here is of course adequate and not biased retelling see the back page for sign testimony of witnesses nowit all started in a famous vault. vault 101 to be precise located just outside Washington DC United planet Earth.
as you are by now aware on 2077 there was a nuclear war that set mankind back 1000s of years in the matter of hours so my ancestors purchased a rare slot in a snobby and luxury vault they even might have won it on a game show only really higher class people in society even considered buying a slot and this is where my tail starts I James II was born 181 years after that bloody chapter in human history to date that would never be forgotten that you might think 181 years with easily be enough time to get the planet back on its feet but just wait into what I discover....
 

My name is James and I was born to James and Catherine in Washington DC 2258 In vault 101.
my tail starts from the beginning my average upbringing in a vault.

 I was quite average in my class but you might feel why would you want to hear the tale of someone that is average it would be
Quite boring to read but so something must have happened two changed my situation to be worth writing about. This is it. It all started when I was 19 years old. I was pulled out of a nice fantasy of me Doing a better job than the present overseer to suddenly realise I was looking into his daughters face. "My first love interest"

"Wake up jamse"
"no it Lord James" I mumbled and rolled over.
"Yes yes our new overseer time to get up before you become extinct my father has gone quite insane.
"by now I looked up in delight with his own daughter on my side I should easily be able to prove he is incompetent and should stand down immediately to me and only me.
Before I could rub my hands together in evil delight she just had to ruin my day by informing me that my father has left the 200 years sealed vault and caused His lab assistant
to beaten to death for information "DAM DAM DAM" I muttered and then she followed it up by informing me that there was a warrant for my arrest and possible torture.
"Dam too much at one time for me to control with my present resources. I could've dealt with all of them simply if they were single problems but as a whole It was going to be very tricky for me to at least hold my present rank and status in vault Society.


Standing up I face her she looked at me with fear in her eyes.
You need to get out of the vault. I know a secret tunnel to the entrants room. looking at her with puzzlement out of everyone in the vault  I hardly ever hid goals and ambitions from her.
"This is not time for you two set up one of your elaborate manipulation of the situation games there is no time for you to be messing around considering it if you don't hurry
Before the guards get here it will end up that in the heat of the moment you're probably going to get battered to death.
She then handed me her stolen gun. I thanked her and sent her away and then grabbing a Bag I packed just a couple of useful items and already making plans on how to best benefit myself in this Unforeseen disaster and even turn the situation to my benefit throughout history crisis make or break people hopefully this can bring my plans forward by years. As soon as I stepped into the corridor a guard challenged me I stepped back while showing panic and then three mutated insects attacked him.
he pursues me into my room I immediately ran past him and activating my pip boy I activate the wireless door lock and blocking him my bedroom I then activated the modified air  event filling the room with knockout gas I discovered in a storage containerand two minutes later I re-entered and then dressed him not feeling too guilty as I could see the person wanted to hit me with his stick the anger in his eyes
the majority of his uniform was too big or didn't sit right so I just took the headwear and some of the chest protection and his stick and then I accessed the previously hacked the Main vault computer system and accessed the schematics I avoided majority of the insects that are appearing out of the ventilation system while blocking most of the doors I came across was quarantine
when I got to the main atrium for our quarter of the vault I could see at the head of me a brother and a sister debating whether to try and escape in the chaos. my map showed clearly they were two security guards at the head with guns and I was concerned I shouted to them wait a sec when I arrived the boy a year younger than myself started to run forward and I grabbed him by his collar and pull I was not that strong but it was enough that he fell backwards and a second later where he was standing there was a hail of bullets he got up and by now his sister was really trying to show her appreciation for saving his life I then stepped through the door and emergency sealed shut it no one is leaving this vault without a proper security detail armed to the teeth. the programme I was using was more like an iPhone app the software wasn't written by the infrastructure and detection systems was there it was like they could make all these fancy computers are not that great with software there were a few monitoring systems I knew the overseer had but it wasn't as blunt as my map I'd made when you've got years and years of boredom sitting down and programming something doesn't look that time-consuming teacher mind busy so I had no problem there were no location of every single security guard.
Ducking down to avoiding the 2 gun trigger happy Guards I made my way over to the canteen I climb on to the tables and then pushed open a small ventilation shaft I discovered and slept through any bigger and it would have been impossible this ventilation system was never access everybody just ignored it I came here a couple of times when  I was exploring but kept it a secret sneaking along I got to the overseers corridor. I saw the overseer interrogate his daughter with his family neighbourhood bully guard.

inside the Long thin small corridors they were mim maintenance rooms randomly located and I acquired one as my personal space when I got the job as engineer I was appointed to space by the existing engineer he said it was one of the Perks of the job and so I sat down and accessed my mainframe computer and saw all over the vault on the CCTV the chaos activating the emergency Mr Handy robots I instructed all of them to start the removal process usually only 30% of them are running at any one time and there are quite a few excess and broken once I emergency activated them all even ones with half a hand over the years I slowly took control of 1 robot per a week but I still only had 80% of them under my control that's why this takeover was too soon I needed a couple more years to work on my bid to be the overseer guess I had the military power but not the will of the people as muchI could see the overseer hurting his own daughter I wasn't happy in the last couple of years I have grown more distant from her but we still enjoyed one another's company the overseer purposely tried to make up the schedules different but whenever we made contact our interaction required enjoyable or at least my dick agreed I immediately connected to the local intercom and spoke I am they froze as as my voice was projected into the room giving me proof the system was still working.
I regret to inform you that I am taking full responsibility and that I will hunt down Dr James and bring him back for his actions do not expect any of you to follow I cannot in good conscience carry on living in vault 101 with this disgrace connected to my family I hereby forfeit all family ties to one that calls himself Dr James I have enjoyed my life and your company I hope my missing is the success I have activated all the robots and give them the command to kill all the attacking insects if I never see you again let me tell you it has been an honour knowing every one of you especially you Amata Almodovar police do not stop interrupt or hinder my departure I shouldn't be awake long whenever I find outside this place will always be my home and if I happen in the unlikely possibility, of course a better existence I will certainly come and show you the way over and out James II" and then I took my hand off the microphone that could have gone better on it to get better at doing speeches and then I made my way back into the event knowing I can only return once I have captured capture the runaway doctor.
This facility cannot last long without his unique skills so I could happily deal with the revolution on my return. when I first explored these tunnels I came across a sealed panel with a many will alarm so I could hack it

Part of my plan was to hope they was going to be something useful in their cell with all the alarms going off nobody was going to notice the extra mechanical alarm blaring this was a good opportunity to explore the hidden and sealed off section I kick had several times on the event doorway "I never said I was strong" and then I entered most top-secret and restricted part of the vault that 130 years of clever science research has came up with
from what I read when hacking classified files on the internal computer network I read that after 130 years the overseer at the time didn't like the drain on resources so he ordered its immediate shutdown and had sealed off.
 I was never one for physical sport so I could be forgiven when I slipped while getting out of the vent and fell in a pool of a green looking liquid. I panicked and quickly climbed out of the container. I was feeling tingly all over but it seemed that the chemicals has never been tested on a human from all the caged animals that I could see in different stages of transformation
in my panic I grabbed dozens of notes on previous deceased eggs head that made up the previous generation's and their conclusion was to dangerous for human testing but
one of them considered the possibility that to prevent body deformities the subject Must undertake immediate Cryo Pod for at least 9 hours and had tested it on a monkey but
could not find a human volunteer before the project was shut down  what he did consider was to use the overseer but feared the results from working too well it and him getting revenge the paper joked.

"“The FEV burns through the body too fast at room temperature, but if you don’t mind having green skin and an inferior mind then I needed quickly to get myself into Cryo Pod I saw a newly completed one in the corner of the room I rushed over to it not thinking of the slight increase of my speed I plugged it in turned it on set a time for 9 hours then pull a some shapes I late over it well feeling myself change I quickly climbed into the pond taken the drugs to knock me out I shirt my eyes ordered start to the computer
and really Hope that I did not look any different or on a secondary concern even die but mainly been discovered by the overseer was my most concern

9 hours later  "INITIATING EMERGENCY REVIVAL!" the computer called out

The lid of the pod cracked open allowing  cryogenic chemicals to hiss out in white a white vapor.

I quickly from my naked state climbed out feeling weird but not cold surprisingly it seemed to have heated me up at the end
That was fast I thought it appeared that every action seemed 50 times easier than before it fell that I Wade hardly anything that I could jump very high

that why i remembered the green shit i fell in to probably that  has  probably enhanced me until I can do a full test I cannot plan for that quickly putting on my
Security uniform I quickly climbed back in to The ventilation system
in the 9 hours of sleep quite a lot has changed the voice over to emergency Speaker system has stopped but the place still looked in a bad state from what I could see when spying an out of a event.

Knowing at heart that everybody was to scared senseless to even consider leaving are  track down the runaway doctor so it self appointed task to me I've never felt so good or Strong my movements seemed so much easier and I didn't feel the slightest  tiredness.
 the entrance room did not have a Vent entering it so I was forced to come down and go through a couple of corridors before I got to it.
I came out in the overseers office carefully and screwed the vent flap and came out in no time they accessed the overseers computer that was separately connected to the main system meaning it took him annual connection meaning it was one of the computers I haven't got round to hacking I downloaded the contents of a later and quickly acted in activated the tunnel I saw on the plans of 101 and then
WOWO the cool desk listed in the air revealing a secret tunnel I was impressed and then I quickly made my way to the end and discovered the enormous cock shaped vault door entrance.

Woo that was one big door.
 I went over to the consul that controlled it and quickly connecting my Pip-boy two it from a self-modification I made out of all the skills lack of them I possessed the one thing I can state beyond a doubt was my greatest skill was programming and computer so  as a programmer at heart made a master code that even if they changed the password I could still get back in they would have to replace the whole hard drive to stop me from returning to myrightfully deserved home.
five minutes later my modification was complete activating the handle of the vault entrance door and jumped in supplies I didn't think it would make that much noise somebody was going to come running I made my way down and as soon as there was space I took a deep breath and stepped out of the vault.
on this day I lord James per second was Starting the most dangerous course I have ever undertaken even more than spying on the girls showers when my Pip-boy
started making loud noise and me panicking trying to get away with the overseer running in with a couple of guards and
hunting down the peeping Tom hopefully nothing will ever be that scary again nearly being caught and having to
blackmail and manipulate several other children to prove an alibi well getting the most stupidest person in the vault
the famous bully Butch caught with his Pip-boy going off playing the exact same rare song when the overseer entered the room
that was when my first successful hacks managing to upload my newly discovered song from the hidden vault computer files I managed to
play on my  pip boy come out of his speakers

simple enough knowing he is a thief a bully and generally and pleasant I had no problem in him stealing my memory stick that had labelled homework on it he plugged straight into his own pip boy while pushing me away and saw my work excellent work perfect and then a week later and not to any suspicion I took control of the Pip-boy and as long as it was still within the vault WiFi range I could make it to nearly any task might could do
"it made my day watching the overseer take his anger out on Butch who was convicted of being the one that was  spying on his daughter showering the punishment he gave him was legendary.
I felt so lucky I was not caught I never went back for at least a couple of months from the fear of punishment

Truly that was the day James the manipulator and conquer was born he would never expect the stolen homework  contained a computer virus that gave me control over his pip-boy.

I didn't linger I could hear guards coming all over the floor They wereskeleton littered the floor holding posters quite shocking from the tales that said the place was 80% full before they shut the door so they could of probably of let them in
pulling  the handle to shut the door I made my way to the end of the Cave to a wooden entrance

Chapter 1
stepping out for the first time and hopefully the last time because I was planning to be back for breakfast.
The sunlight hits me it was incredible I was pleased I raided  the old storage containers by the entrance the vault was very famous in not allowing anybody to bring any unauthorised item as much as everybody was fading from Communist weapons they pretty quickly adapted to a version of it as half the system was everybody to win and look the same and everybody to have equal number of items so it was easy enough to go through an enormous container full of personal belongings grudgingly handed over for access most of the clothes and rotten and generally were dirty and luckily I found a nice pair of sunglasses.

I was not expecting to see so many buildings still standing. From my view I could easily make out in the distance buildings from the city it looked like the place was rebuilt or  never hit in the first place didn't take long to realise  my eyesight and hearing had increased several times

I playfully climbed over the rock I'd remembered watching some films I managed to secretly download onto my pip boy showing them rock climbing I did the same it was incredibly easy and went to my right climbed up a few legends and then a bit more daringly I climbed the highest point over the vault entrance mainly to get a good view and climbing is fun never any tree or anything like that in the vault and they always had to remain serious so just this one-time high was going to have some fun on my unauthorised field trip the view was incredible I stood there for couple of minutes turning round several times I always enjoyed exploring that is one of the main reasons why I discovered the ventilation system in the vault that I never really had the desire to leave it before I fell I would eventually when overseer for in a contingent of security guards on an exploration team but never so soon in my courier to shake myself this is not time you can do this at a later date I am on a mission to hunt down and retrieve the fugitive the vault Doctor
"I thought we'll would a missing doctor head off to what direction I knew what direction I wanted to go in over to the motorway so I climbed back down knowing my father NO
the doctor much not get personal it can only cloud my judgement would never claim any rocks so I quickly ruled out the only direction once down the slope leading from the rock anthem is so declined to back down and went down the slope to a road left right or straight ahead a remembered an old classic Wolverine I Sniffed Nop didn't work I would hate to have great smell
" Ping when my pip-boy they even managed to modify the sounds are made

"NEW FREQUENCY ACQUIRED!"

MM what's this I see bringing up the radio function I played the channel I was shocked more than shocked some guy claiming to be the president of the United States of America
 it made me happy and sad mainly because there still existed a government and that why wasn't the vault one of the government's flagship programmes first to know or at the least rescued its citizens unless they trailed off .. going through all the different combinations I bet it's some crazed matter who's managed to rig up a radio receiver and claim he is the president I bet there must be hundreds of channels of people trying to spread their influence if they were really the government they would have came and got us

Ping as predicted in your signal somebody this time claiming to be 3 dog but it was very faint and I did not have the patience to listen os quickly to my computer to record it and put it on silent
by now I bought the information on the overseers computer and saw an interesting report it was a scouting missing he secretly sent out people 18 years ago

I decided to go left as it appeared to be the most logical making my way down to a destroyed neighbourhood I was more than shocked how much was still intact I couldn't stop imagining doing up the town into its previous glory

and then something floating came out of one of the side alleys I haven't noticed before



A small, round-shaped object with a strange, stereo-like face and several metal antennae was floating towards me, blaring out a message.

"I am your president, John Henry Eden. There are some things we should talk about."
Is that thing talking to me I thought or just a recording I put my most polite and charming voice

" hello Mr president have you ca..." and then it carried on talking as I wasn't there

"I've been thinking quite a bit lately about something we can all relate to, something that is unquestionably, inescapably, American." It turned around, floated back the way it came, and continued. "I'm referring, of course, to our great, national pastime. Baseball."

I really considered disabling it opened it up and taken a look inside and could I possibly reprogram it before my fingers could start my new hobby it occurred I needed to find my father I could always claim it later and the owner of it might be pretty offended if I damage to property specially if he is really the president and so I caught myself away and carried on exploring for my father and then I came across

 a hand painted metal sign that looked pretty recent ( not 200 years old )
that said megaton d an arrow pointing to the right he got my attention instantly proof that intelligent life form was still around if people could still read that was a sign of good I already knew there was confirmed life from the radio that so close pleased me quickly I came to another sign and I worked out it must have been referring to that enormous piece of
metal to my right I didn't know what it was not passed it off as being some form of crashed plane or something I jumped what was that he looked like couple of dead giant ant no way if they that big I would like to see a big elephant would be if that they benchmark to baseball radiation mutations of aa a robot I stepped forward cautiously  the walk started talking while the gate open I was relieved that it wasn't done with from the war and attempted to kill everybody in it damaged state but this one looked in semi good condition for being 200 years old
stepping through another gate I came in front of a  black looking Sheriff complete with band and hat other than the big gun on his back  he probably could have passed as one in the good old days but I felt really uncomfortable and others seeing he was currently in a machine gun and know I've watched hundreds of action /war movies  but I never really expected to come across somebody so soon looking so intimidating.
He wore a brown trench coat and a cowboy hat, and on his chest was a golden star

one thing I was good at was being polite and very polite I could get a sick satisfaction out of being polite to my worst enemy no one inside and the one causing all the misery and so I put on my best performance standing straighter in my slightly dusty but clean security uniform with the visor open I attempted to look nonthreatening but not a pushover and graciously greeted him

"Well now, I haven't seen one of those jumpsuits in a long time."
He extended his hand and I shook it friendly
"Name's Lucas Simms, town sheriff, and mayor when the need arises."
. So welcome to Megaton! Just holler if you need anything."
"It's a nice town you've got here, sheriff, and it's a pleasure to meet you,"

"Friendly and well-mannered? I think we're gonna get along just fine. You treat my people fine and you're both welcome to stay as long as you like."

"understood " while smiling
Lucas smiled. "I'm glad we understand each other. Now, where are you from?"

"Sheriff I said in an urgent tone please excuse me but I'm not really in a position to chat I am hunting a fugitive he has recently escaped from the vault 101 just up the hill 10 hours ago have you seen him".

The Sheriff started to claim something that not caring about the vault laws when I stopped him angrily and said
" you should be aware he is responsible for at least nine dead and vault 101 will stop at nothing in capturing him if your town would offer assistance I am sure I could compensate with technology and so forth"
the sheriff was taken back and started saying waste land justice was cruel and he barely controlled town it wasn't organised and I would have to show him precisely what they would be getting in return for anything I wanted and that I learnt one and only important lesson savages as these people were were excellent at bargaining and being excellent sales men for the slightestthing I had no experience in trading that was one thing I never had a need for money wasn't a problem in the vault we had tokens we traded for food in return for work but that was basically it be traded from a few items swapped around but it was never that serious no real shop marketplace and so forthI could see the sky will have me offering the servitude of everybody in the vault the rest of their lifetime before he parted with anything and so as much as I wanted to offer the overseer up for sale he wouldn't accept less I had him in front of him on a chain to inspect and so I parted ways less than five minutes later with a slight blessing if I caused any trouble be expected to be shot by everybody as it seemed everybody took the am allowed to their arms law literally and everybody was walking deathtrap even the old lady that I smiled at I could make out a big shiny gun on hur and it alarmed me came from an environment where the most I had to deal with was somebody with a knife or a stick the experience was quite unsettling knowing the slightest thing could set one of these people on a killing spree and so I explored
 

Megaton was larger than it appeared. It was more of a large pit with walls built around it, and the buildings inside were shacks atop of shacks. Walkways, walls, everything was made of rusty metal. Large pipes ran around, carrying water, and he saw one with a sprung leak. Old vehicles, scavenged metal, everything you could imagine was used to build this town. And the people, there were people everywhere, dressed in a wide variety of outfits. Some jumpsuits, some leather, some simple clothing. Everything was dirty. The walls, the people, even the air seemed filthy.

while everybodyI came across a friendly attempted to chat with most were quite pleasant to talk to even blow they looked like they could kill an already have done so I put on a brave face and acted like I was completely at ease even wearing my gun the overseer daughter gave me with openly like everybody else nobody seemed to know my father when I was recommended to check out the bar so I thought I would spend a quick minute inside and then make my way back to the vault in five different direction as it seemed this was having dead lead

without me realising it a subconscious reaction was I didn't feel so tired hungry or week feeling had a spring in my step and a walk way more elegantly my brains processed quicker and so on I was too distracted to really take notice that most other people could see it and it might have been my most were so friendly when usually they wouldn't of
I was taken back by the students enormous nuclear warhead in the centre of town I had to take deep breaths and not panic and run for the hills seeing a nuclear warhead close was concerning but then rationality came back to me if this warhead hadn't gone off 200 years who says it should go off while I'm here and then I remembered and confirmed on my upgraded and modified 100 terabyte Pip-boy that dropping shaking smashing shooting nuclear bombs do not make them activate for a nuclear warhead to go off in billions of atoms inside spinning require a computer to precisely line up for it to activate only a computer can activate a nuclear bomb the odds were too great for it to happen randomly and then I relaxed I must admit this field trip has been quite exciting so far just a bit annoyed we never came home sooner the local village like that story Harry Potter I read it was like we were in the castle ( vault 101) and the village was Megaton she'd had been allowed to add more field trips I speeded up my pace and entered the pub UUU no God reveals that person humanoid thing paling skin somehow the eyes were stuck on a zombie speaking UUU smelly but from the reaction from every other occupant it was quite normal to have this thing standing behind the counter and so I approached friendly but carefully asked "hello"

 When he spoke, it was in a gravelly, rasping voice. "Eh, come on you piece'a junk, work! Every day it's the same damn thing..."

A woman leaning up against the wall in front of the end of the bar took a breath of her cigarette and then spoke in a smooth, relaxed voice. "I told you Gob, it's not the radio. The Enclave station comes in just fine. It's Galaxy News, their signal's been shit lately."

"Son of a bitch... why, won't, you, work..." he muttered, pounding once more on the radio. The red-haired woman walked away to another corner of the room. Lloyd approached the bar, and the apparently-named Gob looked up at him.
"Hey, smoothskin. You need something? A drink maybe? Anything? Anything at all?" he asked, unhesitating
"no thank you and just look if somebody"
while taking a look around
"Wait..." Gob started, "you're not gonna hit me? Berate me? Not even yell at me a little bit?"
"certainly not" I said incredulously I would certainly not something some disgusting without good course and waste time yelling at it beneath me
walking closer I spoke clearly I'm looking for my father have you seen him and got the standard response I love my business go away unless you can offer me caps and then I'll consider it with disgust I pace to the other end of the pub where I get summoned by a well spoken dressed man in a suit I was pleased that there was at least one civilised person here and so I sat down next to him and hear him out it was quite interesting his plan was quite ingenious but I couldn't see a point what could be gained by activating the nuclear warhead at this time it wasn't like he was an Army preparing to take over the world from here other than some firework displays I couldn't see the point that I smiled and said I would do it if he and I tried this trading bargaining thing I asked for more caps not knowing the real value of a I just tell that the 300 wasn't enough he said 500 deal I shook his hand he helped me mark out a location on my Pip boy he said it was in that area it wasn't a precise picture he was not familiar with my map display I thanked him and he offered me a device and said to install it and then meet him at a place called ten penny Tower and then I left he did as well without this "CAP" the owner of the Pub wouldn't tell me my father's location I did get enough of a clue he knew where he was that he wasn't lying certain facts he subconsciously gave out that only somebody who knew my father or at least met him with no so well I pondered how I was going to extract the information I sat down and examined the device was smartly dressed gentleman gave me simple enough radiocommunication into a computer console and a detonator switch opening up the side compartment on my pip boy I pulled out a selection of mini folded up electronic screwdrivers and carefully disassembled the device bearing some wires and fitting a USB type connection on I plugged it into my pip boy and wasn't surprised there was no security on it but even the slightest attempt the device was quite crude wasn't really designed for nuclear bombs and so without any effort really I just changed the radio signal activation to the Harry Potter book serious as a password not the word "Harry Potter book serious" but the entire typed characters in the novel is would have to be forecasted the device to activate smiling nobody would crack that password too long but that person had carried top replaced weaselly ( fan fiction) and so before I pop down to the bomb and had a chat with a speaker in a religious man he started to corn about the bomb and was quite insistent that I didn't touch it and so I went back up to the bar it was starting to get dark it was 6 PM and so I made another attempt at getting information from the guy he then mentioned I could do his duty work and extort somebody for their money and so I agreed when two on the back and had an attempt at picking his door lock in the vault all the doors were computer-controlled and I had full control over it no door but the sealed when I could get access to the flat was a mechanical alarm system so plainly a few videos on my pip boy I downloaded temporarily from the vault still in WiFi range I watched a video or two on how to pick a lock it was quite frustrating really telling the tension bar a long slightly bar very thin with a slight curve on the end and so I found a bubble in and straightened it out only realising them my new-found strength Morehouse taking note I could bend it easily into shape so what when the first pin and added a bit of pressure and then I heard loud and clear the click my  new and improved hearing helped in the next and then the next and was quite shocked it was only a sweeping lock it was really satisfying my very first door opened it was a bit stiff as after being 200 years old but still 20 minutes went by and it opened and then I snuck inside at his computer and downloadable content in seconds not much space used and then left and want a way I then sat down Andy decoded it the encryption key was something that was quite basic when the nuclear warheads hit several hours before when the emergency sirens went off and everybody was being evacuated the vault system all over the country immediately started downloading or the net it could right up until the bombs dropped and then lost connection even though it wasn't publicly accessible by normal vault residents I've found on the servers quite a bit of information and in my yearly youth checking out hacking related stuff I came across this encryption key is computer was using and it was quite already out of date the key was already cracked and was publicly available and so it only took the speed of me open it to and crack it really simple not even a challenge like them vault passwords that could keep me up for weeks on end decoding them and I was quite happily surprised to read my father went off searching for Batman on the radio and so I packed up the couple of items I have by now it was late and nobody was around the bomb and so using the screwdrivers for my Pip boy I jump to avoid in the radiation and opened the case in the Chinese circuitry was different to what I was used to but the plans on my pip boy (as most classified information was leaked the day of the Apocalypse) I have had no trouble plugging in the activation device and saw small faulty wiring that made the new not activate in the first place and other wires wasn't on properly and so I fixed the bomb while controlling the activation key it would take one command on my Pip boy and it would go boom making sure we couldn't easily be removed by wrapping around spare buying around years of playing with robots and mechanics meant it was ridiculously easy to do I jumped down and came face to face with the sheriff wanted in on what I was doing I felt scared and I said to him I was concerned the bomb would activate and so I defused it have a look yourself it's impossible the thing to activate now he seemed incredibly placed I told tales about how I maintain that the vault and all the stuff I did and how it was really simple on turning the device off and told him I set the timer to go off in 1000 years and he looked pleased enough and so he gave me a couple hundred caps and a house I really thanked him so much and then I left when I came outside in the pursuit of the fugitive I came across a two headed cow as a mule accompanied by two people -- and the salesman and I purchased myself a  cool looking machine gun not knowing much about guns or particularly want to use one as when my father wanted me to take up shooting on my 10th birthday I told him quite strictly high used to kill for his satisfaction yes I will certainly have enjoyment playing with the air Gun later there was no way in hell he would make me kill that creature for sport it wasn't a threat and there was no need for it to die and he was shocked I told him I never wanted to use a weapon I would certainly never want to kill unless they had no choice but as long as I had a choice killing was my last and only option with that argument I never went back to toy gun in a bitter spite of years is that now and again not like my father wanted me to he could not see my viewpoint a doctor wanted me to kill disturbed me ordering other people to kill as the overseer certainly but to actually do the dirty work yourself discussing killing was the lesser men and so I set off with a recently acquired backpack filled with water and some snacks and a location marked on my pip boy by the sheriff and I started jogging through the abandoned destroyed town when I came across the old school don't be silly everything old that was just the derelict school where a few people started to fire upon me I was shocked and angry avoiding them was easy enough it was just disappointing and I carried on they were so slow it was like they didn't know how to run right and in no time I came across the river and followed it I spent the next several hours jogging and navigating the city it was really starting to dawn on me that my energy is extremely greater never really had a chance to jogging the vault I would never call myself fit the old god I could run jump and generally felt incredible the ward felt like my playground and I got carried away a bit came across a group of weirdos wearing rags and leather straps as am and the women were quite exposed my virgin self was quite taken by the Hadlee dressed women that before I could start feeling too affectionate they found me to be a good target practice and so using my new found strength like that film Spiderman I watched it was like instinct I just knew I needn't need to be told my body just fell it could and so I navigated through the crowd knocking them out one at a time smack smack smack with them the handle of my gun and luckily wasn't shocked the slightest and so extracting a squashed bag out of my backpack i loaded it up before the guns they had and looking around making sure nobody saw and squeezed a couple of their breasts but then I didn't do it for as they stank they will quite smelly very smelly to be precise about his plan to be polite and so before I had the nerve to pick and one of their tops is I took off jogging again before their guns wondering how the heck do I get to this radio station seeing a dictated version of the transmission was much easier if robots can hear what you say then dictation software is perfect and so I just had it had everything that was forecasted on the radio and then I read through the text later I looked and looked couldn't find a way through I was wondering if I had to start claiming the buildings and go from roof to roof they didn't know the precise location they just said it was somewhere in the middle of the city and then I had the bright idea I would use the old Google street maps search I definitely had a downloaded completely to my pip boy and so I did a search " radio station" and surprise surprise do a few listed and one of them was wall GNR radio station and confirmed its location on my map but all the world seemed blocked off and so I thought I would run around the city and do a complete lap it should be a ways in after an hour half an hour rest up I set off and two hours later I arrived at  the cool looking monument with the student's enormous green humanoids patrol in it and so I got out my gun and ran on to them to greet them and for some unknown reason they opened fire I was sick of it people kept on shooting at me taking out my gun using what I learnt all the films have watched I loaded the magazine wondering if there were a stupid safety something simpler the better not be a slight pointed it and fired the kick was way stronger than my air gun it found fun feeling it by breaking my hand every shot attempted to make my hand shook when I told its strong it seemed pretty easy to aim I just pointed it at the big guy's arm and fired a couple of times and he dropped his gun than the next guy in the next while running forward in a zigzag pattern and then they ran me screaming they have way more fun than that zombie in megaton I've played with them for five minutes boxing was quite fun and then I tried a dropkick smack addict went flying and then I did a back somersault woo wholly shit I did a somersault without really realising one in midair and landed on my hands and came down again I always wanted to do that then gymnastics look so much fun and the couple others fell down quickly after get back up there called don't play dead let's play some more my fear was gone just excitement and childlike playfulness is I picked one up and threw him you cannot be heard that badly it was only a tap get back up splats he landed in the river ops I said and shyly sprinted away how am I supposed to make friends if they ended up hurting them all quickly after my mind became rational again and adult it was like two personalities inside me woo what's that in the distance running faster they came across a huge enormous aircraft carrier I was excited you looked so much fun I want to sale it out of his dump I I Capt James I would be call him then as I got closer I felt really upset to see it was split in half at one quarter and the lazy buggers didn't fix it in 200 years and so came up to stand and catching my breath I walked up it will I came across a vagrant uu I crossed to the other side and try to avoid eye contact luckily the vault never had them and so I looked around at the ship ahead and was pondering how to gain access a running jump go find a chain or swim across that then my Geiger counter would tell me off and then I noticed in intercom "hello anybody there"
" keep your pants on" was the reply and then the huge enormous draw bricks swung cross I was impressed that looked fun to control and so I crossed I met a really grumpy and annoying well dressed security guard or soldier couldn't tell the difference he wanted to know why I would bother coming to the ship and I looked at him and said loudly and clearly
" are you have a fugitive "
he was taken back
"what the fuck are you on on about"
how was quite taken aback by his tone
"fugitive is somebody that has broken the law committed a crime"
"what law there is no law"
"I head of security for vault 101 and in hot pursuit of a serial killer Dr James he has responsible for over nine dead and counting I said imperiously and I believe quite strongly he has hired on your craft it is imperative that I find him

" look here kid I am head of security for River city and I say who comes and goes off the ship and I do not like your tongue "
" what do you really think I will cause you a problem you can keep my gun it bothers you that badly"
he looked taken aback will  took off my backpack containing all my weapons and his eyes widened as he saw the wake of it as they handed it to him he nearly collapsed with the weight and hand it to him with an open hand has personally as anything and him with two struggled to barely lift the thing
" and before I forget I was planning on selling them you could do that for me save me time while walking away leaving him and his friends speeds less entering the marketplace followed by the security guards hold it way not taking care of your guns you take them and sell them yourself I turned back and grabbed my bag and walked in it was the marketplace to be proud of quite a nice hangover they had going everybody had enough space walking up to the gun looking shop I placed my sack down on the counter and said I wanted to sell the lot he had taken that as he came over introduced himself and started going through them 10 minutes later he was all done when I was looking around he gave me 300 caps for the lot I wasn't in the mood to ask for more took the offered AND left at the end of their I sat down and had a meal some pretty slightly older than me girl was serving I was getting weird looks from my uniform but I didn't care she asked me about the vault and I told her my tail of how I was in hot pursuit of a dangerous mass murder here and a couple other people around sounded really interested by my tail a holding out a photo of him going has anybody seen him and a lot of shaking heads I sighed and said I discovered he was making his way to the Galaxy News radio but I couldn't find your way there and ended up coming across the boat sympathetic looks all around and was told quite clearly the place was dangerous surrounded in super mutants and that they will be on the safe on the ship I asked what them big playful green monsters after getting strange looks I finished my meal and set off searching for this person Dr James interviewing people holding out the photo and looking for any formal dispute has recommended to check out the lab as that's where scientists egg head hang out and so I did and discovered from a Dr Lee that she knew me my father and that she was convinced she was my mid-mother who helped my deliver birth and apologised over my mother's death and tell after she died my father managed to talk his way in to vault 101 she said how I felt that was their only a couple of hours ago and that they must have missed in how we headed off to that big memorial museum type building I was playing with super mutants outside to restart some secret cool sounding science project that would theoretically turn on the water clean I thanked her and left and rented a room for the night in the hotel and enjoyed the bed I was quite piss I didn't really know what to think was my life greatest ambition to be the vault overseer still subconsciously little by little it disappeared two days ago I could say all I wanted in the world was to be the overseer now it looked very small the world seemed to have grown on me and the possibilities were giving me a possible headache I have had more fun today than I've had in years knowing I'm going to have to return to the vault seen was never really in doubt this was only like a holiday holiday and didn't really want returned from in your training you get them the vault was my home but everywhere I looked for something interesting to explore how is like super tourist I couldn't wait until the morning I wanted to explore the city visit the Pentagon buy a tour book ok just download one see the sights and take a date (if I was that lucky) probably that knocked out girl if she had a bath I have the bag over her head that he was horrible but you did have nice looking brest and then I fell asleep thinking about them glorious wonderful breast I squeezed just hoping that more mad girls would attack me in my sleep I left my door slightly open body is not locked up hoping that when I woke up the next day my bed was just me in it I still felt a virgin got dressed and left the ship thinking about it I should have bought the overseer's daughter with me when we were 16 we will all over one another in the last couple of years the overseer made it at my work schedule and hers will purposefully the opposite it was like he was trying to keep us away from one another but we still found time to meet that it never really really grew it was their I could feel it that we were both nervous and taken to the next level I bet if I had out here all by herself forced to rely on only me and only enough money to rent one room on the ship could be happy days  as much as I enjoy my run around us today my muscles was a bit painful cramp that feeling you get when you have unused muscle in a long time I couldn't think of a word and so the pharmacist sold me some jet has a bit nervous at taking it passes expiry date and all that rot not wildly maintained but I did take it anyway and all my aches went away and I set off with a hunting pistol they purchased for my money it had a telescope attached quite heavy and felt powerful the guy made a fuss about its weight leading to hand to use nobody liked them I've would be quite cheap he was sane people needed to use two hands they were just get a machine can and so I get to them one for each hand with the weight and the recall I could easily handle my aim was perfect and I headed off I was the most earliest awake bit of a asleep in person I arrived with where Dem super mutants what is today and saw a couple of new ones are coming back covered in more metal and looking quite pierced off I wondered if they get my father had into dinner but how could they they were so playful and my personality took over he moved back in a trance dancing swift in shooting the bare minimum to make them drop there broken weapons and had an an enjoyable 20 minutes of fun skipping around them they even got one of them depends the other as getting out of the way in time I called one of the pants is off and the other one upside down by his own pants unavailing and giggly one after the other and Chuck him into the sea hoping they could swim I do it every time I go in my excitement and I walked inside as a couple of fun away me calling back come back and play but they didn't stop that inside will feel more sneaking up behind one attack him on the back ops I knock him out in shock I used one of them as a tour guide I sat on the shoulders and pulled his ears had and steered him around like a horse laughing the whole time I couldn't seal anybody could call these things things dangerous yes it was annoying when they shot bullets that you that you just needed to carry a shield I never really noticed the weight when I picked up a scrap metal Bataille bent into a shield pretty good for chance in opponents

half an hour of fun and exploring inside left 20 angry and conscious weaponless  super mutants and myself heading out after finding no due recordings scattered about with my father voice on the idiot could note issued a central computer or his own Pip boy they made no logical reason for him to use it probably he was still using the very basic Pip boy not the slightest upgraded one it seemed the idiot had it in his head to go back to a vault but they just couldn't be our one it had to be a completely different hidden one it was like he couldn't get enough of them all because he wanted to do some shooting science project he never even asked or even shut the vault door is opened it and ran away and only three or four hours later it was shut when it was discovered to be open and by then the emergency lights were flashing and people was dying the idiot is the least responsible for 10 people die in the least  and then while I was making my way North west following the river I listened to the guy on the radio mention he met my father I was hoping to find him soon it was really starting to dawn on me that my abilities weren't normal and that I was much stronger than any human it was specially enforced when I saw a group of four humans get brutally attacked by the big super mutants and get brutally killed before I could get but I easily knocked them out without much effort and then men look really tough bad ass because everything about my new body felt so normal and never really appreciated it was subconscious the most noted thing was my eyesight and never really had the best eyesight but seemed perfect out that the whole affects of my transformation will be coming more pronounced that he didn't really know what to think any more hours having so much fun out here the world seemed so much bigger endless and interesting the excitement and meeting new people and so on never really wanted to go back home that the fault so soon I thought I would give it a week or two drag it out but the pursuit of my father was just as important and then I saw a couple of people get brutally killed the young pretty girl her family
was cut down by Raiders my anger flipped out on the other side of the river at the time I sprinted but I couldn't do anything but a witness them kill her family and then molest and kill her with my sprinting I was scared to fire at them and you to my left was the Pentagon as I was crossing the bridge and then I saw the bodies they were starting to hang  their half naked corpses on chains on the ceiling of the makeshift camp my anger flipped I burst into the town running faster than I've ever run before I didn't hold back and a bit through them that a man possessed and I got the young lady and saw I was too late she was was already beyond help dead after being violated by several men and then had a head hacked off like the rest of her family I think that event that changed my mind I came to the conclusion there and then that I wasn't going to stand for this wasn't going to tolerate such behaviour from anybody is how we just have to put my vault lifestyle on hold for some time looking around I found two raiders I didn't previously cut down the others wasn't 100% dead they were just thrown about uncaring with my full strength and most of them will probably going to die soon from their injuries

I quickly left the camp not want him the mutilated bodies in view of me Abbas to rant for a good couple of hours then I stop and had a rest and then came my final conclusion all my life I've wanted to be the overseeing not know when seriously it being a possibility mainly as an excuse to motivate myself to do better if I was never going to try then there would be no chance that was my motto and so I tried to become the overseer and in the process it made me stronger read about history conquests revolutions group psychology and so on but now quite confused no person about my ideas off no real access to the computers that Sue my soul I could spend hours click in a way that now I was days away from a computer when I first entered this world the outside can never treated it seriously every think I saw it didn't feel real little faster game like somebody else's mess noing I was going back to the vault back to my home in a few days I've been out here have slowly changed my mind every time I see mess with problem I naturally instantly come to a conclusion and life painful to see flaws that I could fix it was one of the main reasons why left Megaton so quickly it was driving me loopy me so organised so neat so clean I could have called it my father might have named it some psychology mental disorder but I really enjoyed everything being lined up need one desk out of line when I entered the classroom and it would catch my eye for the rest of the day and I will just have to straighten it out just a little thinks that gets on my nerves and everywhere I looked in that town and is wanted to fix it with one giant project especially with my education computers and maintenance came side by side evil plumbing lovely electrics and making sure the events and doors didn't fall apart I had to leave the town and the relief of being miles away meant I could forget about all of its problems I wouldn't know where to start at least if that nuclear warhead was detonated I could build from the ground up and no every item was placed perfect but then I wouldn't never justify blowing up the town it has been three days now since I left and I came across the two biggest town's fans have seen a good stretch of the city and still no sign of my father I feel like giving up by now I am aware of my new strength and the slight insane personality sweets I get when encountering anything really dangerous to most people because of my new-found strength everything seems weak and playful and then seen in people get killed and that semi-pretty young girl with my hormones raging made everything seem a lot more realistic it was selfish of me to hide away from the world in the vault and knock out the people has never not one for helping knowing my efforts weren't worth it nobody would miss my contribution in the collection tin and now me having such power at my fingertips if I just doubt with them bandits raiders when I first entered the city they would be still alive not just run around and laughing and you wonder no home to leave that as my last resort is best not to use all my resources yet and with that as an ace in the hole I will not stay in my pacification of Washington from the vault I will use a community and then it clicks Tenpenny Tower where that this guided gentleman in the bar resided there wasn't going to hold it against him for wanting to blow up that shit hold that didn't mean I would let him have any red buttons any time soon and so wanted to see the best this waste land could offer I set off it had not to hear rumours speculation and chitchat around the towns I had a small idea on who Mr Tenpenny was and so when I turned the next bend I came face-to-face with two super mutants smack smack they collapsed immediately jumped on the falling one as the shelf and leaping up I grabbed some hanging chain from their camp and then I had fun tying them up and then I dragged along might equally playful side was in full control it had an idea of what the brains of the operation want to achieve and so the playful side to ran pulling the two super mutants for the next couple of hours in the direction of the Bastian of civilisation out here

Tenpenny Tower was roughly where I was told it was by Burke I liked what I could see I admit it wasn't as impressive as the aircraft carrier that for what was there it looked pretty organised I quite quickly found myself running up to the gate instantly jump in and grab in the top layer of the gate I did a pretty good somersault easily a gold in the Olympics of olds  I landed on the other side smacking I tied the chain to the gate and ran on in to the courtyard.
by now the 3 outside shocked guards started to raise their weapons bang bang bang went my happily River city purchased twin big heavy pistol.
There guns when flying without turning back I made my way inside leaving the door open and leaving my cargo out side put in on the act I attempted to look as confidence and arrogance in the world I by now
the rest of the outraged guards have surrounded me on the balcony and the ground floor
One spring later I casually chuckled while Holstering my double identical pistolshe lighting the guards looked even more incensed having their guns shot out of their hands

" good Day Tenpenny Tower" I shouted in a clear voice

"you there collect all the toys these boys had been playing with and put them in that corner immediately while gesturing at the guns and before

by now the  Security have poured out secondary weapons  and was slowly approaching me with extreme caution
"don't mind me I'm dressed going to meet Allistair  I'd just be five minutes"
well walking over to the lift
"one last thing have left a couple of pets outside tied to the main gate I would recommend not using it as this and quite prone to eat in humans and before I could be interrupted  a activated the lift and went up

five minutes later
the door of the lift opens to a hail of bullets
"didn't I tell you to stop playing with your toys" I pronounce  well walking in the front door again wearing Allistair Tenpenny famous British Redcoat suit


Max was a recent employed at Tenpenny Tower it was much better than running with Talon Company but his brother managed to get him a position and it was easy work it was considered to be one of the most widely secret jobs around easy work high pay and quite a far away from danger no real super mutant Talon Company or Raider attacks there was a one or two but nothing like the other settlements meant most of the men he worked alongside haven't seen much action in some time but they were all capable killers and were easily in the top mercenary skill rains you could employ out here and just as another peaceful day was coming along this this daemon smashed through the front doors is clear in the 4 m high wall with no effort making over eight men drop their guns and fear for their life and the worst thing about it was the smile on his face it was like it was nothing more than a game the way he moved was like a super dancer the elegance like a vampire story he was red to as a child and then it had the audacity to claim

I walked into the room from the main entrance the image it gave was incredible or the men were lined up with barricades from the kitchen in front of the lift they were in a good formation of secondary weapons and looking very tense and so when I walked in and felt like saying boo but I didn't have waited for the lift to arrive in them I announced my presence made a couple of them piss himself in fear was a bit tricky but more fun to climb down the front of the building it was quite interesting at the top him all smarter cleaner area leading to a penthouse suite where I discovered Alistair Tenpenny and the mysterious Mister Burke still wearing my security uniform not including the helmet and walked out and discovered to on the balcony. The view was incredible trying to not be distracted I introduced myself and Mister Burke seems happy that I fulfilled my deal I sat down and casually and had a chat to mainly Alistair they explained how I have password protected the bomb how I fixed it so it would activate and that I did not see any advantage at this time in activating it and the excuse I saw wasn't going to stick while talking in a very polite manner bad language and insults was for lesser beings I expressed how I could make every resident pay tax tribute to prevent activating the bomb and so on how the town could be my pet Alistair started to show he is unpleasant side and was in the process of ordering his right-hand man to dispose of me and other enjoyable pastimes for somebody of his station and then I gave a quick brief history of how I came from the vault and how as I was leaving I came in contact with the super chemical that made me powerful and I demonstrated this by flow in how far a four second grenade could travel before exploding and it was quite impressive and a couple of other powernot too great but enough that only my kindness kept them still alive I expressed I wanted to inherit his title and that he could still happily live as Alistair Tenpenny of Tenpenny Tower and be my advisor and adopted father and to compensate I would take the title of Lord Tenpenny and lead a new era and start an Empire from here and yes Mister Burke and be my second and not experience skydiving I spoke about my plan of conquest unification and I impressed them they weren't idiots they want sheep it would have taken a lot less effort to convince nearly anyone is these two were more realistic and could see and trust how evil the world around them was taking his spare suit and his blessing I went downstairs and when he was called to make a visit in 10 minutes he also knew I subdued every every single guard and I could've slaughtered everybody in the building and he didn't really have much of a choice that was an unspoken message that they would still look to poison me stab me in the back and so on if I showed the slightest sign of weakness and might even do it anyway to see how weak I am and that brings me back to walking in the front door and having all the guards turnaround with empty new  machine guns as their other majority machine guns were destroyed I did the same except I physically removed the guns out of the hands to prove a point mainly and I didn't like to see stuff stuff Break

I called out that I wanted everybody who was hiding away to command the lobby room there when they plan I sent the list down not all the way just in case they might destroy it mainly I had the door open and make the opening sound so only the wall behind it was hailed with bullets and this brings me to the present

Leaving a stunt and shocked the soldiers were loyal to their comfy lives they reasonable comfy salary handle quite willing to do nearly anything to keep it that way and was starting to slowly come down but still read to react negatively towards a few more people are coming out to take a look at me

and out stepped Tenpenny and Mister Burke they came in to Silent I'm shocked entrance hall in front of them was the dozen security guards on the balcony above was all the residents who were he encouraged to flee upstairs and standing in front of one about was myself looking us lordly as I could stand that I never had lessons it was a bit of trickiness and made a half-hearted joke that Alistair give me a quick lesson that the situation didn't call for it and it was a never timeevents.

Alistair as the 80-year-old dignified Englishman walked with his cane. I was jealous he had it down to an art form looking so noble. I was going to have to get some lessons soon.
walking briskly followed closely by his long-time toady he then cleared his throat loudly and with a sweep of his hands said
" Tenpenny tower something marvellous has happened today I have managed to find somebody who has the qualities to be my air he is Strong powerful energetic ambitious and ruthless and youthle  spirited enough to carry me He happily into retirement and knowing this place will remain strong will keep my heart easy IM not cut out for ruing Tenpenny tower for much longer my age is getting to me every day I feel it getting stronger and they should be retailing not having to worry about the management so I hear by pass my life's greatest achievement to my successor to the one who I now declare to be the closest thing to a son I could ever have chosen while graciously bowing towards me
"I pronounce you with James Tenpenny the New Lord Tenpenny of Tenpenny tower"

and then making his way back to the elevator and then sitting down and rest in the rest of the day no one it took quite a lot out of him to do that Grant off the cuff presentation at his age he shouldn't be doing it and it was only suffers and trying to forget about it made him never consider an air to this day"

By this point A good majority of the residents realised the dangers of was over and several braver and inquisitive bunch started to greet me
and the rest was slowly coming down the stairs.
From where they fled to the balconies they saw everything and were coming down to get a better look at me.
I graciously shake hands with several not including the upset Security guards they were still looking quite angry.

An anonymous resident would later going to comment the following.
"I was so relieved to get out of the wasteland and get a small room in the luxury tower by previous friends and family was so jealous I went up in the world clean clothes and I was in with the elite he did take a bit of time learning to speak snobbery that was just part of the play but then a couple of years living off my fortunes in the height of luxury became quite boring myself and other residents was constantly on the lookout for gossip and scandal and so forth and so when we heard the zombie problem it was all many of us could talk about the quite pleased to actually have something to talk about it was who could be the most disgusted by them and so when that day came and that Lad ran straight over the main gate subdued all the highly skilled Security and went upstairs to see Tenpenny myself and the other residents was excited and fearful the last time we had such excitement was years ago and then minutes later he came in through the front door was incredible to think someone be so powerful and stand there and asked so cheerful and then to be crowned lord Tenpenny II made it for me to have somebody so powerful stick around he was trying quite hard to act snobby and dignified as I once did and so at least he wasn't a man Savage that gained power he was the least open to spicing things up around here and the police to make all our lives more interesting and enjoyable while keeping out the smell of the wasteland"

I pronounce quite clearly and loudly that I was organising a public meeting in half an hour and that I wanted everybody to attend get a chair and come and sit around in the entrance hall

it didn't take too long I could quickly see the rank system the majority sat in the middle while the notable leaders of the residents had more important positions at the front
While this was being arranged I went outside and tied up my pets outside the facility so nobody could accidentally get hurt

it seemed another 25% of people arrived as they walked off doing who knows what even the an old man Alistair attended and sat to one side by me with Mr Burke

I started off by reintroducing myself
I gave a quick brief Biography on how I emigrated from the vault 101 and came in contact with some genetically alteration technology that has increased my body strength to exclude limits and how over the last couple of days I have been all over Washington I explained how before I came I explored the surrounding land and how I believed the growing tide meant  it wasn't going to be long before Tenpenny tower was going to be under regular attack and that the  annoying zombie infestation in the  turnoffs was that annoying but not life threatening.

I started to lay out my plans on how to start an empire from here and that every person here
was in a good position and not much effort could be at the height of government and that this stagnant and boring lives was coming to a
quick end a few moans and groans that quite a few seemed excited many
were just relieved to get out of the waste land and live in comfort for a few years and this has many of them looking for a bit more  excitement in their life something more interesting

I mentioned it wouldn't be that's hard for a group of Raiders to put together a makeshift ladder and storming the wall yes the wall at some of the best I have seen but nothing is impossible to get over
many seem quite shocked I quickly laid out my plans on how without much effort or cost the security of the Tower could easily be doubled

I expressed how I wanted to make a pre-emptive strike and I explained how easy it was for me to collect the
two super mutants
outside quite a few residents and security
guards have seen out of windows and went out the front and saw the beasts that guards were more concerned about me that one of
them still took a shot at it I explained my plan is to capture the super mutants and use them as a labour force how they were pathetically weak that I could usefully box them into submission and how I dragged them to all the way from inside the city to hear without stopping explained about how I wanted to set up our own radio station to compete with the brotherhood GNR mouthpiece bringing out a broad from storage I quickly painted my Pip boy GPS map to it so everybody can see a then discussed with the crowd locations of enemies and my recent scouting reports they help me fill in locations and I said this should be a military importance the guards were looking peed

We're not soldiers for your War we ingest security guards and I looked at them of course your security guards I wouldn't expect any of you lot do nothing but defend this tower that if you know of any colleagues that want a paid employment and certainly would accept their recruitment into an army with the mutants and Raiders has a enslaved workforce it will not be long before our empire is established and we control Washington DC and the brotherhood of steel will submit and become a division within my empire or all I will take their members split them out and Break there will one by one a few up in a vault for several months and so forth and you lot can be the administration branch of the government Tenpenny tower will be their head the place of business

Over the next couple of days I sat down into the life I was quite impressed with the grandeur of the tower the clean water act the electric from the train station and the majority of the renovation on three floors the rest were boarded off filled with storage one of the first things I did was a run around the perimeter couple of times and were shocked to see debris of stones and concrete blocks left in pointless places and without much effort I and my mutants cleared it and think that was one of the two decided features of my power seen me carry a huge slab of concrete at the main gate shocked most of the residents  have yielded Japanese was the Chinese could tell draw up plans for the area the retired adventurer became quite an interesting chat in the evening the security was slowly getting used to me that I made an attempt to smile and am a huge pile of guns down for them I collected a couple of the shops are wanted to shift I couldn't really see the point of having the clothing shop on the ground floor but then he whined about his bedroom it was quite surprising how they just boarded up the areas that won't that easy to clean up it seemed they salvage all the good stuff to fix the broken areas at the expense that every one could floor there was one and a half up repairable or at least easily with wasteland equipment  I said it wasn't going to be too hard to fix it right up I was going to establish some form of train cart system in the evening I watched a few Roman movies for ideas other than having your horses and a forest of wood my options were limited that they will still be at tree about even though it was half dead everybody got used to be pretty quickly every day I would go out with a couple of invention security he wanted to make more money and they would help me and my two mutants bring back stuff a security robot a couple of raiders and so on I first quickly cleared out and started to renovate the nearby robotic factory and persuaded by force the senile travelling robotics engineer that he better start fixing up robots in the facility and that he could have a couple of raiders as temporary slaves once they were first broken in so this is how it happened



I Took a couple of volunteer Security guards and a couple of new recruits and went off headed straight east to the hills where I got the men to be quiet and watched me and to only use their guns if they will seriously endanger.
I crept into the camp of Raiders and in a couple of minutes using the drugs doctor gave me a incapacitated seven Raiders and then when I gave the all clear my men entered the camp and helped me tie up the scumbags and to take back a good part of their loot. At the bottom of the hill I had the super mutant chained up so it couldn't run off and so without much effort I passing a harness and in no time I had a makeshift
sleigh for him to pull along there were a couple of heavy items that the men didn't want to carry so it was quite useful having him with us It did surprise me and the men held tough they were it carried on pulling the weight without much effort I did previously strip it of all its makeshift armour they were fascinating creatures back to the loot.
A simple sack over the head after drug raiders hands securely tiger Note himself "I have to find some handcuffs soon" I typed in to my pip-boy.
and then we set off back east to the tower that we could see the entire time
The men's morale was quite high seeing me sneak into a camp and subdue a dozen bloodthirsty raiders was quite scary and pleasing to have me on their side I might have lead on a bit thick just to show don't screw with me.

it wasn't too hard to get the keys actually I had somebody else do it far too lordly for me to do we opened up the entrance to the metro station they told me how they kept it fully locked off. at first I was surprised they would deny them south of such real estate they then without much prompting the men moan and whine and generally without much effort made me interested how the cold damp and non-homely feel of the train station didn't have customers lining up to rent highly exclusive accommodation Mr burke "right hand" graciously told me they expressed how I believe the train station tunnels could quickly be renovated for servants and so forth to use and so seen in a couple of corridors doorways and a quick tidy up later I returned from my daytrip with the lads to discover a couple of energetic residents set up

we arrived back and the cry went up quite a few people were out to greet us tying up my big Green friend in its usual spot I had quite a few merchants attempting to go over the loot I got one of the guards to make them keep their hands off it for now and to discuss price only waving off my tired men I had a new bunch help me escort the Raiders to the newly converted prison

instructing a couple of the ladies to help me collect the two women prisoners I escorted them up where they will quite forcibly showered in clean water probably the cleanest they've ever been in years then a quick set of clean non-expensive wasteland clothing the drunks out quite a bit they were really out of it non-violent nor even aware I had them bought down and a quick haircut later they were unrecognisable sat on a bench in the entrance hall still chained they were then left to slowly come back around that this is where the most important part of my plan was a couple of the notable resident organisers Black and this is where my plan was going to fail and that we would still have to shoot them in the end I was hoping that the psychology would work they have to feel tiny in a brand-new system where without much effort they could benefit and receive food without having to fight for it good behaviour greatly and bad behaviour extremely and severely punished given a new name and lifestyle should hopefully attempt to change some of these people not to make them nice and good people are just show them that they can be nasty in less destructive manner quite a few people considered it to be a pointless task than others couldn't wait and the security was on nerves just waiting to slaughter them all everybody was instructed to ignore the raider and to look busy as if they were so tiny and powerless

while this was happening I was getting meat more residents and hopefully understand their personalities and what made them tick

"she is awake" somebody whispered I glanced out and saw the girl slowly come round on the bench and look around in fear anger and shock the drugs test the doctor carried out confirmed she was most likely going to be suffering strong drug cravings as she was a stereotypical user get psyched up to ignore how terrible the world outside is and to allow you to kill and steal easier and keep you in line in the gang's she was ignored for a couple of hours in that time a couple of times she did attempt to shout out and scream people and generally attempt to show she was petrified when she obviously was by ripping out her clothing and causing a nuisance but every time she did such a thing a nearby guard would come over and hit her with a stick and command behave and then leave quite surprisingly having a big book security guard over and hit you with a stick a couple of times and actually quite effective education she didn't do it again and it would be like sticking your finger no electric socket you do it the once and not again.
in the meanwhile I had to back off the Protectron robot off and I was the program in it for my beloved pip-boy wasn't really too hard just check it existing programming and say it was quite poorly done copying the list of present commands and the slight unique programming feature of it being a barman was actually quite interesting it was obviously specially programmed but still a quick format and installing my standard software for this unit with all the 200 years improved on code in in the vaults made it actually run quicker more efficient and smoother it could make you sound more senses than generally was better all-round and completely and utterly loyal to myself and the voice of the most important feature in no longer sounds without annoying voice any more a nice English butler sounding voice instead as it was for a high-class lounge.

it was time the newly converted shop into the criminal process and centre was carried out without costing too much the was bought in by two security guards sat down in the chair and the tide in a step back and in front of a was a panel of four stern looking residents in their most smartest and serious cloven the council or had Pacific launch to act out the nasty one he wanted to swing as an example to the more moderate one and so forth this was all an act it started off quite simply

The charges were read out and he accused was allowed to make one simple statement

and so forth a hearing didn't sound like it was going well and her most likely fate was to be shot the girl was looking quite scared and every time she spoke out how to turn she was hit by a guard and this is where I step in I entered the room looking all powerful and commanding I come over and casually sit on the desk and ask what the girl is being executed for and how I expressed while walking up to the girl and walking around her how I am sure we could give one last chance and denials from the panel and how she's a dangerous murder I said I'm going to give a late chance something about and then commanded it and the council has previously acted out told her she was on a six months work programme and that they better see behaviour improvements as she better look after her clothing and appearance and she will be assigned a work placement and while that was carrying on I left to show how little her fate bothered me over the next couple of hours the remainder to girls went through the process every single one of them was up to their neck on drugs and the doctor explained to me the price of medicine around here and how they couldn't just have them all detox the girls were taken off in separate directions and was given quite simple to manage tasks to do and with the slightest disobedience or bad behaviour resulting in being beaten they obviously took less painful path one of them did strike out and was extremely hurt and then left to heal

pretty easily cleared up all the weapons and other loot placed a bag over their head tied them up and matched them back
 kept them in the subway system out of doorways and bought a couple at a time up at the doctor make them out of it with
 drugs forcibly shower them then some really non-expensive but clean wasteland clothing they would wake up after being
captured in the entrance hall on a Bents with a simple chain keeping them there and after several hours of getting used to
the facility and seeing the new busy atmosphere they would be taken into where the previous clothing shop was be sat down
on a chair where a panel four people and myself gents to them told them the new system of the world and their place in it
we make sure they instead if they wished to be fed after giving them a reasonably nice meal that if they wanted more of it
 and not to be whipped a better complete a work programme for their crimes their fingerprints were taken into a machine
I got working on the robotic factory we gave them a new name and tell them this is their new life a number on their clothes
 and how they were on a six months work programme and are based on the performance it would determine if they were
capable of being released or whipped more many were nervous raiders were considered to be quite tough and had to
break savers usually wouldn't dare take a raider as they were quite hard to deal with but I was convinced by controlling
the food and the whipping you could make anybody do anything as long as they weren't any serious weapons about in the
 areas they were allowed to go it will work had constructed several clean beds laid out a couple here a couple there didn't
want them to mass and revolt yes and in the first week several blocks and a couple of women were given a few hundred
lasses left with no food for a couple of days the majority of them pretty quickly got used to the new way of doing stuff
unlike the slave we didn't just kill a slave ( criminal on a work program) for being a nuisance will it ever means of punishing
them they knew they weren't going to die without at least a panel decided and when two of them was elected there
 was a gathering of newly caught and the oldest captured  were forced to and witness the two men that stabbed one of the
 residents who was instructing them with a screwdriver seriously wounded the panel decided to set an
example and that the two men will basically whipped to death took an hour
and all the slaves were forced to watch and it was forced upon them behaviour like that wasn't acceptable I personally
didn't want them to die I felt a dead person is a lazy person but the others found I was too Nancy
Pansy and that there was plenty more raiders and waste a couple would make the others work harder there was always
 a task for them to do even if it was just to dig a hole they were forced to work from morning to night and never
allowed to dawdle  a couple of trenches was started digging out I gave my opinion that a really deep hole was more
powerful than a metal fence as it could just be blown up you cannot blow up a whole and it is easier to shoot
somebody with a ladder leaving a narrow draw bridge entrance a couple of men did run off and I hunted them down
 and had a lot of hundred whips later they didn't try it again while this was going on and was still doing my
exploring and had encountered Talon company brotherhood of steel/outcasts Slavers Mister Burke was a fountain of
knowledge and was a pretty good negotiator with his words he said he could hire Talon Company easy enough that
they require caps and that I was running a bit short on them my
economy wasn't going that well they only real problem
I could always sell the hundreds of guns I would collect when storming Raiders accounts Evergreen Mills was a constant
favourite to take a dozen from I haven't cleared it out I can only process so many slaves at once and then I set off her
wanted to meet this guy on the radio 3 dog and helpfully advertised the new Empire received nice clear map and set off

I quite quickly forgot about the vault it seemed a lifetime ago out here was of course in the ruling disease and lawlessness but incredibly exciting and the possibilities end less
less than 1/5  mile from the  vault laid a town it shocked me how well built it was for people with no industry I was shocked no modern building equipment anyway insight
the majority of the people there quite pleasant to talk to even if they wanted some form of cap as currency at every opportunity so one day a man in a bar offered me a device to blow the town up many might be supposed I did not enjoy killing anything but I didn't tell the guy to go away I even convinced him into offering 500 caps and received the device
I thank the gentleman and said I would be pleased you do business with him in the future and said they would meet him at this tower he pointed out on my pit boy map
when walking down to the bomb I sat down and modified it so would require a different password Code to be aired  for the device to activate I then installed it
many would be shocked and would want to see me executed for such an act I would hope by now you would realise whatever person I am I am an opportunist
I was to make the best out of any situation might come across without feeling Nancy Pansy you are going to bow up the town you would accuse might they write but
wasting something as important as an unexploded nuked is incredible  and the power it would give me in control in town would be enormous I bet I could get them all
to give me 50 cap a month tax to not set it off as an example it is more as a tools in my infantry I have many that hardly ever use a couple but more because I have an unused pistol doesn't mean or will never use it by just might if I have no option but I would rather have a chance to control time in of it then turning it off even get the locals to carry it somewhere and then burying it nobody would see it coming and their army gets nukes

But that was two days ago I was in downtown Dc coming back from the town that made himself home on a nonworking aircraft carrier when I saw it I was delighted
but then I saw the damage and saw it was lame on the bottom of the river and it wouldn't move ever again I was quite disappointed my eyes lit up and four minute I could picture myself in a new ship captain and leaving this dump behind even that of the nuke as a going away present the people still in the vault but one of the left behind 1.5 hours ago
I was making my way along the right side of the river and planning on heading north to see what was on their when a to 3 m high green humanoid beasts attacked
the gun and acquired I was drawn and quite casually with fascination of the beasts shot their weapons out of their hands and probably damaging them and putting them out of the fight  I am examining them I was excited I was running around them but they worse so slow and incredible interest in
"you're going to be my new pets I said"
and then I ran jumped onto the nearest one is shoulders and then leapt on to a wall I quite quickly grabbed lots of chain jumping down I smacked my fist quite hard into each with a chest making them quite weak then I tired the first one then 3 m gap I'd had the second one another roughly 3 m I pull them along while having great fun and then just as I was leaving a couple of rumoured raiders attacked like I said before I would never kill if I didn't have to life was too important to waste bang bang their guns when flying

I added them to the middle of the chain giving them 3 m distance from the monsters and then to make sure the one at the back I am name  BOB wouldn't get to them I tied another chain to an abandoned destroyed car and then tied the second pet to  It so I had two  chain to pull so it went like this chain 1 went from my hand to pet 1 then human pet 1 then human pet2 then green pet 2 then to car then chain 2 went from car to me so there  was  a heavy weight  making sure they stayed in line and wouldn't try each and another
this didn't take more than five minutes but by now I was sick of shit accommodation I got in every town and knowing the ones I've been to already wouldn't be welcome in my new pets I ran 1/2 speed so my new cargo could keep up and the car that rolled along for the next four hours non-stop avoiding all combat by just running straight through it the  strain
group surprisingly put most people off attacking us.

Tenpenny Tower was roughly where I was told it was by Burke I quite quickly found myself running up to the gate instantly jump in and grab in the top layer of the gate I did a pretty good somersault easily a gold in the Olympics of olds  I landed on the other side smacking the open button and be fed through the chain through the gate and ran on side
by now the 3 outside shocked guards started to raise their weapons bang bang bang went my simple silencer never liked loud noises there guns when flying without turning back I made my way inside leaving the door open and dragging through my cargo of all the confidence and arrogance in the world I swipe in and tied the chain to a pillar by now
the rest of the outraged guards have surrounded me on the balcony and the ground floor
One spring later I casually chuckled while Hoekstra in my 9 mm silenced pistol the guards looked even more incensed having their guns shot out of their hands

" good Day Tenpenny Tower" I shouted in a clear voice

"you there collect all the toys these boys had been playing with and put them in that corner immediately while gesturing at the guns and before I forget
30 caps  for your trouble

by now the  Security have poured out secondary weapons  and was slowly approaching me with supreme court
"don't mind me I'm dressed going to meet Allistair  I'd just be five minutes"
well walking over to the lift one last thing  anybody that it harms my pets will find themselves In pain

five minutes later
the door opens to a head of bullets didn't I tell you to stop playing with your toys well walking in the front door again
" just to let you no Allistair Tenpenny adopted me five minutes ago and then had a heart attack and passed on leaving me the new Lord Tenpenny
